St. Anthony School is fully accredited and serves students in grades PS-8. Our students excel in a safe, nurturing environment under the leadership of a faith-filled, caring and professional faculty and staff.
Catholic faith and Gospel teachings are integrated into the curriculum. The school day begins and ends with prayer. We celebrate weekly all-school Liturgies and gather as a school family for prayer services and to honor Mary by praying the Rosary. Our students receive in-depth sacramental preparation. Outreach to the less fortunate is fostered through monthly mission recipients, and our middle school students contribute hundreds of service hours to the local community each year.
We understand that choosing the best school for your child is a big decision, which is why we encourage potential students and their families to visit us! To schedule your visit, please complete the form below and a member of our admissions team will contact you shortly.

Did you know that every Iowa K–12 student attending an accredited nonpublic school is eligible for an Education Savings Account (ESA)? Through Iowa’s Students First Education Savings Account program, families can receive more than $8,100 per student to help cover the cost of tuition, fees, and other approved educational expenses.
ESAs make a Catholic education more affordable and accessible for families by allowing state education funds to follow your child to the school that best fits their needs. For many families, the ESA significantly reduces out-of-pocket tuition costs and provides greater flexibility in choosing a faith-filled educational environment.
Important: Families must apply for an ESA each year. The application deadline for the 2026–2027 school year is June 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
We strongly encourage all eligible families to apply and take advantage of this incredible opportunity to invest in their child’s education.
For more information and to apply, visit the Iowa Department of Education’s Students First ESA program page below.
Learn More and ApplyTuition assistance is provided to families who are unable to pay the full tuition rate due to a demonstrated financial need. Providing families in need with assistance is at the very heart of our mission in Catholic education.
Catholic Tuition Organization: CTO is a charitable organization that receives voluntary cash contributions from Iowa taxpayers. The organization then allocates those funds in the form of tuition assistance to eligible families who attend a Catholic school in the Diocese of Des Moines.
Diocesan Tuition Assistance (DTA): An endowment established through the Ignite Capital Campaign to complement CTO tuition assistance. This endowment is also supported by funds raised during the Bishop’s Celebration of Catholic Schools. Families who apply for CTO assistance will automatically be considered for Diocesan Tuition Assistance (DTA).
