Office Phone: 515-243-1874, ext. 102
Room: 102

My name is Elena, señorita Nebot for the students. I was born in Toledo a small town near  Madrid. Toledo is known as the "Imperial City" and as the "City of the Three Cultures", having been influenced by a historical co-existence of Christians, Muslims and Jews. I grew up there but I studied my degree in Madrid. I got my degree in Primary Education Teaching, with a specialization in Foreign Languages at Centro universitario Villanueva (Complutense college). I also have an associate degree in Early childhood education.

I´ve been abroad several times in Ireland, England and EEUU improving my English language skills. Before I started my degree I went to Weston super Mare (England) twice where I had a work experience as an assistant teacher in two different primary schools.

Since I finished my degree I’ve been working in two different catholic schools in Madrid for several years. I like traveling and learning about different cultures, so last year I decided to live a new experience abroad and that’s why I came here to Des Moines.

This is my third year at Saint Anthony and I’m very excited about this new school year and willing to work with you and your children.

Do not hesitate to contact me at the following address:
